The CRM Campaign view maintains records that can be applied Customers, Prospects and/or Lead in the Campaign field in the following views:

  • Account Campaign - in the Campaign field
  • Lead Campaign - in the Campaign field
  • Customer Master(SU13) - in the Initial Campaign field
  • Customer Master(SU13)-Quick Entry - in the Initial Campaign field
  • Lead Master-Complete Entry - in the Initial Campaign field
  • Lead Master-Quick Entry - in the Initial Campaign field

The Campaigns created in this view are also used for selection in Enter Orders/Quotes (OE30), Enter Inv/Direct Bills/Credits (IN41) and Enter Cash Counter Invoices (RS41) in Enterprise 6.1 and higher when the CRM module is active.

Note: The ability to create and update information in the CRM Campaign view is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in the CRM Campaign view. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions.

You can edit the CRM Campaign information in either the Search Criteria/Grid page, in the grid section, or on the Details page.

The following fields are available on the CRM Campaign view and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

  • Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all CRM Campaign records. This field cannot be edited.

  • Campaign Code - displays the short description for the Campaign Code. This field cannot be edited.

  • Campaign Description - the Description can be a maximum of 30 alpha numeric characters in length. You can edit this field as required.

  • Campaign Manager - displays the Campaign Manager associated with the Campaign. The Campaign Manager is maintained in the CRM Campaign Manager view. You can edit this field as required.

  • Campaign Type - displays the Campaign Type associated with the Campaign. The Campaign Type is maintained in the CRM Campaign Type view. You can edit this field as required.

  • Campaign Status - displays the Campaign Status associated with the Campaign. The Campaign Status is maintained in the CRM Campaign Status view. You can edit this field as required.

  • Start Date - displays the Start Date associated with the Campaign. You can edit this field as required.

  • End Date - displays the End Date associated with the Campaign. You can edit this field as required.

  • Cost - displays the Cost associated with the Campaign. You can enter a maximum of 999,999,999.00. You can edit this field as required.

  • Expected Revenue - displays the Expected Revenue associated with the Campaign. You can enter a maximum of 999,999,999.00. You can edit this field as required.

  • Published Document - displays the Published Document associated with the Campaign. Published Documents must be stored on a network server. If a URL is entered on the details page, this field displays a folder icon URL folder. Clicking on the folder icon opens the URL. This field cannot be edited.

  • Work in Progress Document - displays the Work in Progress Document associated with the Campaign. Work in Progress Documents can only be stored on a network server. If a URL is entered on the details page, this field displays a folder icon URL folder. Clicking on the folder icon opens the URL. This field cannot be edited.
