CRM Campaign - Details Page

When you click on the View Record Details icon Detail for a specific record on the CRM Campaign/Criteria Grid page, the CRM Campaign Detail page opens for that record in modify mode.

There are three sections on the Detail page of the CRM Campaign view. The following list defines every field displayed in each section:

  • In the General section:

    • Campaign Description - enter the full description of the Campaign. The description can be a maximum of 30 alpha numeric characters in length.

    • Campaign Manager - enter or select from the lookup the Campaign Manager associated with the Campaign. The Campaign Manager is maintained in the CRM Campaign Manager view.

    • Campaign Status - enter or select from the lookup the Campaign Status associated with the Campaign. The Campaign Status is maintained in the CRM Campaign Status view.

    • Campaign Type - enter or select from the lookup the Campaign Type associated with the Campaign. The Campaign Type is maintained in the CRM Campaign Type view.

    • Start Date - enter or select from the calendar the Start Date associated with the Campaign.

    • End Date - enter or select from the calendar the End Date associated with the Campaign.

  • In the Other section:

    • Cost - enter the Cost associated with the Campaign. You can enter a maximum of 999,999,999.00 in this field. This field is optional.

    • Expected Revenue - enter the Expected Revenue associated with the Campaign. You can enter a maximum of 999,999,999.00 in this field. This is a optional field.

    • Published Document - enter the path for the Published Document(s) location associated with the Campaign. In order to be displayed in this view, Published Documents must be stored on a network server. The URL must be entered in the following manner: \\servername\directory\subdirectory\etc.

      • When you click Submit or Save, a folder icon URL folder displays to the right of this field. When you click on the folder, the Published Documents location on the network opens.

    • Work in Progress Document - enter the path for the Work in Progress Document location associated with the Campaign. In order to be displayed in this view, Work in Progress Documents must be stored on a network server. The URL must be entered in the following manner: \\servername\directory\subdirectory\etc.

      • When you click Submit or Save, a folder icon URL folder displays to the right of this field. When you click on the folder, the Work in Progress Documents location on the network opens.

  • In the System section, the fields are available for information purposes only and cannot be edited:

    • Creator - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the record was created.

    • Time Created - displays the date and time at which the record was created.

    • Modifier - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when this record was last updated.

    • Last Change - displays the date and time at which the record was last updated.
