Additional Information
CRM Campaign

The Account Campaign view allows you to assign a Campaign code(s) to each Account (Customer or Prospect). With the Campaign code associated with an Account record, you can create lists of the Customers/Prospects involved in your Campaigns. In addition, you can use the Edit with Excel feature to add new records back into the database (en-mass) for a specific Campaign. The Campaign codes are maintained in the CRM Campaigns view.

Note: The ability to create and update information in the Account Campaign view is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in the Account Areas of Interest view. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions.

  • Note: You cannot edit the Account Campaign information on either the Search Criteria/Grid page or on the Details page. If a record was created in error or a campaign has changed for the Account, you must delete the Account Campaign record and create a new one.

The following fields are available on the Account Campaign and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

  • Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all Account Campaign records.

  • Customer Code - displays the Customer Code associated with the Account Campaign record.

  • Customer Name - displays the Customer/Prospect name associated with the Customer Code.

  • Campaign - displays the Campaign assigned to the Account Campaign record.

  • Campaign Description - displays the Description assigned to the Campaign through the CRM Campaign view.

  • Account Manager - displays the Account Manager assigned to the Account in the Customer Master (SU13) view.

  • Sales Rep-SU - displays the the Sales Rep assigned to the Account in the Customer Master (SU13) view.

  • CRM Campaign Type - displays the CRM Campaign Type assigned to the Campaign in the CRM Campaign view.

  • Campaign Status - displays the Campaign Status assigned to the Campaign in the CRM Campaign view.
