Lead Master-Export to Outlook (CRMLEAD.EXPORT)

 
The Lead Master - Export to Outlook is a view created by Tecsys that includes only the fields required to execute the Export to Outlook Contacts function on the Search/Grid page. The Details page includes all of the fields that are on the Lead Master-Complete Entry Details page.

• Note: Because the primary purpose of the Lead Master-Export to Outlook view is to allow you to Export Lead Contact information to Outlook, you cannot edit any of the fields in the grid or on the Details page. If you wish to modify any of the fields for a Lead record, you may do so using the Lead Master-Complete Entry or Lead Master-Quick Entry views.

The following fields are available on the Lead Master-Export to Outlook view and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

• Lead Key - displays the Lead Key that is generated when a new Lead is created. Note: The Lead Key is not a required field for Outlook, but it is included for information purposes.

• Lead Name - displays the Lead Name.

• Address 1 - displays the street and number associated with the Lead.

• City - displays the City or town associated with the Lead.

• Province/State - displays the Province or State associated with the Lead.

• Postal/Zip Code - displays the Postal Code or Zip Code associated with the Lead.

• Country - displays the Country associated with the Lead.

• Phone Number - displays the Phone Number associated with the Lead.

• Fax - displays the Fax number associated with the Lead.

• Web Address - displays the Internet Address web page from an external web server for this Lead.

• Department Code - displays the Department number for the Lead.
