Lead Master - Export to Outlook - Details Page

When you click on the View Record Details icon Detail for a specific record on the Lead Master - Export to Outlook/Search Criteria/Results Grid page, the Lead Master - Export to Outlook Detail page opens for that record. The information contained on the Detail page includes many more fields than those displayed on the Search Criteria/Results Grid page.

  • Note: Because the primary purpose of the Lead Master-Export to Outlook view is to allow you to Export Lead records to Outlook, you cannot edit any of the fields in the grid or on the Details page. If you wish to modify any of the fields for a Lead record, you may do so using the Lead Master-Complete Entry or Led Master-Quick Entry views.

There are many sections on the Detail page of the Lead Master. The following list defines every field in each section:

  • In the Header Info section, the Lead Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, Province/State, Postal/Zip Code, and Country information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the Additional Info section, the Account type, Lead Status, Telephone, Fax and Lead Date Opened information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the Accounts Receivable section, the AR Terms, Bank, Credit Limit, Delinquent Days, Charge Interest and Vendor Code information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the Order Entry section, the PO Required, Blanket PO Number, Backorder Acceptance, BO Release Priority, Order Type and Order Confirmation Required information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the Taxes section, the Tax Group, Tax License 1 and Tax License 2 information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the Statements section, the Send Statements, E-mail Account’s Statements to Contact and Print Message on Statements information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the Invoicing section, the Send Invoice, E-mail Invoice to Contact, Invoice To, Number of Invoices to Print, Freight Terms, Commission Rate, Ship Via and Print Discount on Invoice information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the Payment Processing section, the Payment Method and Level 3 Reporting information displays for the current Lead.

  • The Summary Invoicing module is an optional module in PointForce Enterprise. In the Summary Invoicing section, the Summary Invoicing, Summary Invoicing-Avail to Retail Sales and Summary Invoicing-Print Invoices information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the General Information section, the Customer Type, Language, Mailing Label, Number of Employees and Order Stream Client information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the Sales Grouping section, the Class of Trade, Territory, Sales Group, Sales Rep-SU and Sales Office information is displayed for the current Lead.

  • In the EDI Info section, the EDI Qualifier, EDI ID Description, Store Code and Department Code information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the Internet & Intranet Addresses section, the Web Address, UNC to Client Document Folder and Intranet information displays for the current Lead.

  • In The Order Management Controls section, the Stock Allocation Priority, Apply Credit Weighting, Apply Delinquency Weighting and Zone information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the Pricing section, the Master Price List, Pricing Level Type, Pricing Level, Flyers Eligible and Common Quote Eligible information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the Best Prince Controls – Contracts section, the Check Contract Price – Contacts, Check Special Price – Contacts, Check Common Quote Price – Contacts, Check Flyer Price – Contacts and Check Master QB Price – Contacts information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the Best Prince Controls – Specials section, the Check Contract Price – Specials, Check Special Price – Specials, Check Common Quote Price – Specials, Check Flyer Price – Specials and Check Master QB Price – Specials information displays for the current Lead.

  • The CRM section the Account Manger, CRM Teams, Projected Close Date, Probability %-Account, Potential Sales $, Initial Campaign, Sales Source, Sales Stage, Sales Status, Initial Trade Show, Contact Method Preferred, NAICS Code and SIC Code information displays for the current Lead.

  • In the System section, the Creator, Date/Time Created, Modifier and Last Change information displays.

  • The Convert section displays the Customer Code that the Lead was converted to and the Convert flag.
