Active Sessions

The Active Sessions resource (meta_v_a_user_active_session) is part of the System Monitor module of the User Management System (UMS). The Active Sessions view provides a list of users that are actively using the system. In addition, the view includes high-level statistical data on what the users are doing.

The following list defines every field available in the active sessions (meta_v_a_user_ active_session) resource in alphabetical order:

  • Background Service - this field is not maintainable. Displays the number of background services the user is using.

  • Desktop - this field is not maintainable. Displays the number of resources being run on the desktop by the user.

  • Handheld - this field is not maintainable. Displays the number of resources being run on the handheld by the user.

  • Number of Sessions - this field is not maintainable. Displays the number of sessions currently assigned to the user.

  • User Name - this field is not maintainable. Displays the user.

  • Voice - this field is not maintainable. Displays the number of voice services the user is using.

  • Web Services - this field is not maintainable. Displays the number of Web service activities the user is using.
