Subscription Attributes

• The subscription attributes establish the settings by which the subscription will operate (i.e. the variables that can be changed).

• To see the variables that can be configured for a specific publisher or subscriber, run the Publishers or Subscribers respectively and click on the Documentation hyperlink associated with the specific instance of either.

• When a subscription is created, all publisher and subscriber attributes are copied to the subscription as subscription attributes; the values can then be overridden as necessary.

• Typically maintained by a user assigned the Meta Administrator role, but may be accessed by any user with sufficient permissions to access the view.

The following list defines every field available in the subscription attributes (md_subscription_att) table in alphabetical order:

• Attribute Key - the unique identifier.

• Attribute Value - the value will be used as a parameter to either the publisher or the subscriber depending on the value of the Subscription Attribute Source.

• Subscription Attribute Source - indicates whether the attribute applies to the publisher or the subscriber. The following options are available: Publisher and Subscriber.

• Subscription Name - the foreign key to the subscription entity.
