Application Server Instance
The Application Server Instance view allows you to add, modify, delete, copy, and query application server instances. An application server instance is automatically created the first time a session refers to it.
- This table includes an instance named tecsys_default. Timers and notifications for the tecsys_default instance are generic and can be used to target all users. Instance-specific timers and notifications can be created by copying the tecsys_default entries and then customizing the entries. As such, all timer and notification entries assigned the tecsys_default instance can be seen as templates with default values. For more information, please see the Notifications help topic.
The following fields are available on the Application Server Instance view and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

- Hostname - displays the host name. For example: lxtrn.somecompany.org
- Environment Name - displays the environment name. For example: pr_100_i
