Accellos/PFE Adj. Codes (WM01)
The Accellos/PFE Adjustment Code Mapping (WM01) program is used to keep the Accellos warehouse management system and the PointForce Enterprise (PFE) inventory synchronized. Inventory adjustments made by warehouse personnel must be uploaded so the corresponding adjustment can be made in PFE. The warehouse server comes with a number of different adjustment codes. The WM01 program enables you to relate an Accellos adjustment code to an adjustment code in PFE (maintained in Maintain Inventory Tables (IM09/Inventory Adjustment Codes)). You do not have to relate all Accellos adjustment codes to the codes in PFE.
- Adjustments are uploaded in Accellos Upload Autoprocess (WM20), translated, and adjustment transactions are created. Adjustments can be reviewed and the G/L updated using the Print Stock Adjustments Report (IC51) program.
The following list defines every field in WM01:
- Accellos Adjustment Code - select an Accellos adjustment code from the drop list.
- Once you select an adjustment Code, the 'Create Enterprise Adjustment?' check box becomes available for selection.
- Create Enterprise Adjustment? - select the check box to relate the current Accellos adjustment code to a PFE adjustment code. Once you select the check box, the 'Enterprise Adjustment Code' field becomes available.
- To stop an Accellos adjustment code from being processed in PFE, clear the check box. Once the check box is cleared the 'Enterprise Adjustment Code' field is automatically cleared and closed.
- Enterprise Adjustment Code - enter or select from the query the PFE adjustment code to which the current Accellos adjustment code is related.
