Bin/Locations query (WH45)

The Bin/Locations query (WH45) program displays information about the selected Bin/Location.

When you initially open WH45 the Warehouse Selection dialogue panel displays

You can select an alternate warehouse in the Warehouse Selection panel. Note: Only warehouses configured as Multi-Bin through the Company Control Initialization (CC00)/Multi-Bin Warehouse Control program can be accessed in the WH45 program. If you select a warehouse that is not setup in CC00\Multi-Bin Warehouse Control the message ‘Warehouse XX is not defined as a multi-bin warehouse in the CC00/WH folder. OK/Cancel’. Click ‘OK’ to close the message and select a different warehouse or click ‘Cancel’ to close the message and WH45. For more information about the Multi-Bin Warehouse Control click here.

Note: Once WH45 is open you can select an alternate warehouse through the Options menu.

The Warehouse’s Locations Query consists of a Header and list box section.

The following list defines every field on the Warehouse’s Locations Query panel.

  • In the Header section:
    • Bin/Location - Enter or select for the query Bin/Location for the selected warehouse. The following information displays for the selected Bin/Locaton:

      • Warehouse – displays the current warehouse identification.
      • Order of Picking – displays the assigned order of picking.
      • Bin Type – displays the assigned Bin Type.
      • Volume /Weight – displays the assigned Maximum Volume and Weight and the AvailableVolume and Weight.

    • In the List box section:

      • Product - Displays the product code of the item located in the select Bin/Location.
      • Description – Displays the Description of the product.
      • Qty in Bin/Loc – displays the number units located in the current Bin/Location for the product.
      • Vol Used – displays the Volume used by the product.
      • Weight Used – displays the Weight used by the product.
