S3 - Product from Invoices (SU45)
This folder displays product sales starting from the date entered in the Sales Since field up to the date entered in the Sales Until field. The default Sales Since date is 365 days less then the current company run date. The Sales Until date field defaults to the current company run date. The Sales Until date must be greater than Sales Since date or a warning message appears stating this restriction, and the cursor is returned to the appropriate input field.
Start Button
First you change the Sales Since date and/or the Sales Until date and press the Start button to load the data based on the dates entered. The Sales Since date must be equal to or less than the Sales Until date.
Start at Product
If you enter a specific product number in the Product ListBox List Cache entry field, located in the right hand corner of the folder, the display will start at that product number.The data displayed includes the Product, Product Description, Unit Sales, Dollar Sales and the date of the Last Purchase.
