S1 - Commodity YTD (SU45)
This folder displays summarized product information relating to a customer's product purchases. Product sales are grouped together within their respective commodity codes, and sales statistics are displayed appropriately at the commodity code level only. This folder displays the Sales Dollars, Gross Margin, Gross Margin % and the Sales Increase/Decrease % compared with the same period last year.
All Button 
The ALL button displays values for all of the commodity groupings.Entering a specific commodity code only displays that commodity's statistics.
The information within the folder is organized into three main sections.
- Line 1 and 2 identifies the Current Period sales (as controlled via SA89). The current year and last year stats are identified with the related statistics for each. Note: the year identifying each period (i.e. November 2001 and November 2000) represent the Calendar year associated with the month, not the fiscal year.
- Lines 3, 4,and 5 identifies the Fiscal Year summary information, in both Year-To-Date and Year Total formats. The first Fiscal Year identified with the "FY" prefix, is the Current Fiscal Year. The second Fiscal Year identified is Last Year's Fiscal. The third Fiscal Year represents the Total for Last Year's Fiscal.
- Lines 6 and 7 represents the Next Period sales. The Next Month statistics are identified for both the Current year and Last year. Note: the year identifying each period (i.e. December 2001 and December 2000) represent the Calendar year associated with the month, not the fiscal year.
The level of detail accumulated in the Customer Sales History files displayed in this folder, is dependant upon the flag setting of the Update Customer History by option of the CC00/IN1 Folder.
The options available are:
- Full Commodity - sales are accumulated by customer/full commodity.
- Product Line - sales are accumulated by customer/product line only (i.e., the first 2 "high-order" characters of the commodity code).
