Troubleshooting R1-Pricing & Costing

Here are a number of common issues:

  • Why do I not see all the price lists for the current Product/Customer?

    There are several reasons:

    1. The Customer must be flagged for Flyers or Common Quotes in SU13/Pricing in order for these price lists to display.
    2. The Customer must have the Contract or Special assigned in SU13/Pricing in order for these price lists to display.
    3. If the product price list has expired, or has not yet started, the price list will not display, even if the product is also included in the commodity pricing.
    4. If the Customer does have a Contract or Special assigned, but has a different Paying Office, the price list will not display. Paying Office rules apply and all pricing comes from the Paying Office.
