SU23 Header Record

The Header Section on the Maintain Product Restrictions (SU23) program allows you to enter a specific customer code to which the product/commodity restriction will be applied. Once a customer is entered, you can use either folder in SU23 to set up the product and/or commodity restriction(s).

The following list defines the field in the header section of SU23:

  • Customer - enter or select from the query a valid Customer code. When a valid code is entered, the Customer Name automatically displays to the right of this field. Note: If an invalid Customer code is entered, the Customer query automatically opens.
