Maintain Customer Contacts (SU20) – Menu Options

The Maintain Customer Contacts (SU20) offers 1 menu option, the Actions menu, located at the top of each folder in SU20. Each menu option contains various items.

The following list defines every option available in the Actions menu.

  • Customer Web Site - when you select this option, your Internet browser opens to the external web page specified in the 'www' field on the Info folder of Maintain Customer Master (SU13) for the current customer.

  • Customer Documents - when you select this option, the directory specified in the 'Client Document' field on the Info folder of SU13 opens for the current customer.

  • Customer Intranet - when you select this option, your Internet browser opens the internal web server (Intranet) page specified in the 'Intranet' field on the Info folder of SU13 for the current customer.

  • Contact Web Site - when you select this option, your Internet browser opens the external web page specified in the 'www' field on the Contact Info folder of SU20 for the current customer.

  • Contact Documents - when you select this option, the directory specified in the 'Documents' field on the ‘Contact Info’ folder of SU20 opens for the current customer.

  • Contact Intranet - when you select this option, your Internet browser opens the internal web server (Intranet) page specified in the 'Intranet' field on the Contact Info folder of SU20 for the current customer.

  • New Message to Contact - when you select this option, your default e-mail application opens a new e-mail with the "To:" field of the message set to the e-mail address entered in the 'E-Mail' field on the Contact Info folder of SU20 for the current customer.
