SU20 Menu Options

The Maintain Customer Contacts (SU20) contains two options located at the top of each folder in SU20.

The following defines the content of each menu item:

  1. In the Actions menu, the following options are available:

    • Customer Web Site - when selected your browser opens and displays the external customer related web page specified in the 'Web Address' field under the Internet & Intranet Addresses section on the Customer Master (SU13) view.

    • Customer Documents - when selected the customer related file opens as specified in the 'UNC to Client Document' field under the Internet & Intranet Addresses section on the Customer Master view.

    • Customer Intranet - when selected your browser opens and displays the external customer related web page specified in the 'Intranet' field under the Internet & Intranet Addresses section on the Customer Master view.

    • Contact Web Site - when selected your browser opens and displays the contact related web page specified in the 'www' field on the 'Contact Info' folder of SU20.

    • Contact Documents - when selected the contact related file opens as specified in the 'Documents' field on the 'Contact Info' folder of SU20.

    • Contact Intranet - when selected your browser opens and displays the contact related web page specified in the 'Intranet' field on the 'Contact Info' folder of SU20.

    • New Message to Contact - when selected your default e-mail application opens for a new e-mail. The application automatically fills in the "To:" field of the message with the e-mail address specified in the 'E-Mail' field on the 'Contact Info' folder of SU20.

  2. Help - when selected, the On-line Help opens to the appropriate page (depending on the folder your cursor is on).
