The Maintain Customer Contacts (SU20) program is used to set up customer contacts and apply the contacts to Mailing List for use in the Maintain Customer Mailing List (SU21) program. Each contact is uniquely identified by the Customer code plus a Contact code and each Customer can have multiple Contacts.
- This combination is used by Enterprise when creating references between the contact record and various other systems such as SU21 and Maintain Customer Master (SU13) (when selecting a 'Contact to E-mail' for statements and invoices').
