SU13 Frequently Asked Questions
The following list defines some commonly asked questions:
- Why are all of the fields in SU13 (all folders) unavailable for input?
In PFE 6.1, the Customer Master (SU13) view is maintained in PointForce iTopia. The information in PFE 6.1 is available for view only purposes. If you want to add or modify a Customer Master record, you must do so using the iTopia application.
- I'm in PointForce Enterprise (PFE) 6.1 and the UDF 6,7 and 8 folders are gone. Where are they now?
The UDF folders have been replaced by the Attributes folder in PFE 6.1. The Attributes folder displays the Customer information that is maintained in the PointForce iTopia Customer Attributes (SU13) view.
- To get to the Customer Attributes (SU13) in iTopia, you must go the Details page of a Customer Master (SU13) record and then click on the 'Customer Attributes (SU13)' link in the Related resources section at the bottom of the page.

- Where is the 'Order Value for Discount Check' section on the OE/AR folder?
The 'Order Value for Discount Check' section has been moved to the OE menu as the Order Value for Discount Check (OE10) program.
