The Maintain Support Tables (SU09) displays the specific codes defined at your site that are associated to each Customer created in Maintain Customer Master (SU13).

The maintenance of the Support Tables (SU09) is currently divided between Pointforce Enterprise (PFE) and Pointforce iTopia (PFiT). There are 3 folders available in SU09 in PFE:

  1. Carrier Account Numbers - for use with the Packing Station module with TMS.
  2. Sales Reps - allows you to generate Web customers using 'Generate Web Customers'.
  3. Ship Vias - for use with the Packing Station module with TMS (only TMS information is maintained in PFE for Ship Vias).

Note: The TMS fields are only available if you use the Packing Station module in PFE. The TMS controls are activated in Company Control Initialization (CC00/Packing Station/TMS). If you have not activated the TMS controls in CC00 then the Carrier 'Account Numbers' and 'Ship Vias' folders are not available in SU09.

The following Support Tables are maintained in PFiT:

  • Attention Codes
  • Class of Trade
  • Sales Groups
  • Sales Reps
  • Sales Rep Groups
  • Ship Vias (TMS information is maintained in PFE SU09/Ship Vias)
  • Territories
  • Zones (Order Management program)
  • Warehouse/Zone (Order Management program)
