Parts (SE45)

The Parts folder in Display Call History (SE45) displays all of the part records on the service call entered in the Header section.

  • Double clicking on a Part line from the list box recalls the detail information in the fields above the list box.

  • The information on this folder originates from the Parts folder in Enter Service Calls (SE30).

  • The information is for display purposes only and cannot be edited in SE45.

The following list defines every field on the Parts folder of SE45:

  • Warehouse - displays the warehouse from which the inventory for the parts is stored.

  • Part Number - displays the product code that is required for the service call. The Product Description displays below this field.

  • Quantity - displays the quantity of the product required for the service call. Note: If product is being returned, a negative value can be entered in this field.

    • The quantity is expressed in terms of the part's Stock Unit.

  • TAT - displays the TAT code assigned to service call.

  • Price - displays the Price for the product entered on the service call.

  • Per - displays the Per for the product assigned to the service call.

  • Disc - displays the Discount entered on the service call.

  • Extension - displays the line extension. For example, a Discount of 3% will reduce the Price of $100.00 to $97.00, resulting in a line Extension of $97.00.

Button Label Icon Functionality
Serial Serial Opens the 'Commit Lots and Serial Numbers' window. This window displays the Lot and/or Serial number for the current Part Number entered in SE30/Parts. You cannot edit the information on this window, it is for information purposes only. Click OK to close the window.
Warranty Warranty Opens the 'Manufacturer Warranty Info' window. This window displays the manufacturing information required for warranty purposes entered in SE30/Parts. You cannot edit the information on this window, it is for information purposes only. Click OK to close the window.
