Details (SE45)
The Details folder in Display Call History (SE45) displays general and dispatching information for the service call entered in the Header section. 
 
	 
  	- The information on this folder originates from the Dispatch folder in Enter Service Calls (SE30).
  	
  	  - The information is for display purposes only and cannot be edited in SE45.
  
  
The following list defines every field on the Details folder of SE45:
 
  
   - Contact - displays the contact name associated with the service call.
   
     - Tel/Extension - displays the contact's telephone number and extension (if applicable).
   
     - Fax - displays the contact's fax number.
   
     - Type of Call - displays the Type of Call entered on the original service call. 
  
     - Details List Box - displays the details of the service call entered in SE30.
   
     - Call Date - displays the date on which the service call was created.
   
     - Call Time - displays the time at which the service call was created.
   
 
     - Technician - displays the primary technician assigned to the call. The technician's name displays to the right of this field.
   
     - Field Rate - displays the Field Rate entered for the call. Field Rates are maintained in Rates (SE10).
   
     - Travel Rate - displays the Travel Rate code entered for the call. Travel Rates are also maintained in SE10. 
   
     - Dispatched Date - displays the date on which the service call was dispatched.
   
     - Time - displays the time at which the service call was dispatched.
   
     - Equipment History - displays the Equipment History information on prior service activity for the equipment.
   
     - Rescheduled - when selected, the service call was rescheduled. 
   
     - Callback - when selected, the service call had a callback because the repair was not successful.
