Dates (SE45)

The Dates folder in Display Call History (SE45) displays the dates entered for the service call entered in the Header section.

  • The Dates folder is mainly used with Estimates in Enter Service Calls (SE30); it can be used for open service calls, however this folder is intended to be used with estimates.

  • The information on this folder originates from the Dates folder in Enter Service Calls (SE30).

  • The information is for display purposes only and cannot be edited in SE45.

The following list defines every field on the Dates folder of SE45:

  • Estimate Date - displays the date on which the estimate was issued.

  • Estimated Completion Date - displays the estimated date that the service is to be completed.

  • Authorization Receive Date - displays the date on which the authorization to start the service call is issued.

  • Completion Date - displays the date on which service call is completed.

  • Completion Time - displays the Time at which the service call is completed.

  • Type of Call - displays the Call Type from the service call (SE30/Dates).
