The Display Call History (SE45) program displays Service Call details from history, including Parts, Labour and Other Charge details.
The folders in SE45 are very similar to those in Enter Service Calls (SE30) with the exception of the 'Close' and 'PM' folders:
- The Close folder lists all invoices generated against the service call with an option to view each invoice in detail by launching the Display Invoices from History (IN45) program.
- The PM folder is not part of SE45; this folder is included in the Contract Maintenance (CT) module.
A service call can exist in both SE30 and in SE45 if an interim invoice is generated using the 'Issue Invoice' option on the Close folder of SE30 for the service call, but the call is not closed. In this case, SE45 displays only those charges that have been invoiced, while SE30 displays all charges, but only allows the modification or deletion of charges that have not yet been invoiced.
