Meter Readings
When you click on the Meters button in SE30, the 'Meter Readings' window opens. The 'Meter Readings' window allows you to enter the current meter reading information.
- This button is only available if the 'Equipment' entered in the Header section is on a Contract in the CT (Contract Billing) module (the Equipment must be covered by an active contract, and the Equipment must be configured as being metered).
- The meter readings will update the Current Meter reading and Last Meter Reading Date in the Contract Maintenance program for the contracted equipment when the Invoice Listing and Creation (SE42) is run.
The following lists every field on the 'Meter Readings' window:
- Number - enter or select from the list box a meter number.
- Reading - enter Reading on the meter to a maximum of 99999999.
- Credit - this field is for future use.
When all of the information is entered, click Submit to update the current line or click Clear to clear all of the information allowing you to enter new information. To close the window, click on the X in the upper right hand corner.
