The Rates (SE10) program is used to create Service Rate Codes which determine the amount to be charged to the customer for technician’s time entered in Enter Service Calls (SE30) Time and Dispatch folders. Each Rate Code may be set up with two different rates, a minimum rate and an extra rate.. Note:You can setup up a default rate code to be used in Enter Service Calls (SE30)/Dispatch and Time folders in Company Control Initialization (CC00)/Service Repair that automatically displays in SE30 for new records.
