Deleting Commission Groups

1. If the commission group is associated with a sales rep(s) in SA02, the following message displays: "Deletion disallowed. This Commission Group is assigned in Commission Rate record(s) for the following Sales Reps. Remove the Commission Rate record(s) in SA02 first. (The Sales Rep codes are listed). OK." Click OK to close the message window and remove the sales rep(s) from the commission group in SA02.

2. If the commission group is assigned to a customer in the Customers (ibis_sucu.su13) view, the following message displays: "Deletion disallowed. This Commission Group has been assigned to XX Customers. Update the Customers accordingly in the Customer Master first. (The customer codes are listed).OK". Click OK to close the message window and remove or reassign the commission rate in SU13 from the customers listed.

3. You cannot delete the default commission group (******). If you attempt to delete this group, the following message displays: "The Default Commission Rate Code may not be deleted! OK". Click OK to close the message window.
