Maintain Commodity Quotas (SA11)

The Maintain Commodity Quotas (SA11) program is used to enter Quota Dollars and Units for specified Fiscal Years and Commodity Codes (Product Lines and Groups). The data entered in SA11 is compared to the actual sale statics for the selected Fiscal Year and Commodity Code for both the current and previous year.

The following list defines every field on SA11:

• Fiscal Year - enter the Fiscal Year.

• Product Line - enter or select from the query the Product Line.

• Product Group - enter or select from the query the Product Group.

• $ Quotas - enter the projected Dollar Quotas for each month for the entered Fiscal Year.

• Sales This Yr - displays the actual Sales for the corresponding month of the selected Fiscal Year.

• Sales Last Yr - displays the actual Sales for the corresponding month of the previous year.

• Unit Quotas - enter the projected Unit Quotas for each month for the entered Fiscal Year.

• Units This Yr - displays the actual Units sold for the corresponding month of the selected Fiscal Year.

• Units Last Yr - displays the actual Units sold for the corresponding month of the previous year.

• Totals - at the bottom of each column, the total for the column displays.

The following table outlines the functionality of each button on SA11:

Button Label	Icon	Functionality
All		Displays the information for all Commodities (Product Groups and Lines) for the currently selected Fiscal Year.
Update		Saves the information entered for the current record and clears all of the information in the $ Quotas and Unit Quotas fields as well as the Product Group field.
Delete		Deletes the current record.
New		Clears all of the fields except the Fiscal Year field without updating the current record.
