S/A Sales Rep Quotas (SA10_OBSQ)
The S/A Sales Representative Quotas (ibis_obsq.sa10) resource allows you to enter quota values for each sales rep on a monthly basis. The details page also displays bookings and sales for the current and previous years.
The following list defines every field in the S/A sales rep quotas (ibis_obsq) table:
- Company - the company field is available when you create a new record. The company defaults to the company assigned to your user id in the Session Parameters view. You can change the default company during the creation process only. Once the record is created, the company to which the record is associated displays in the General section (at the top of the view).
- Created By - displays the name of the user who created the record you are viewing or maintaining. May not be overridden.
- Created On - displays the date on which the record that you are creating or maintaining was created. May not be overridden. May also represent the creation date of the records you are attempting to retrieve.
- Fiscal Year - displays the fiscal year. Once you create a new sales rep quota record, you cannot edit this field.
- Last Fiscal Year - displays the previous fiscal year. You cannot edit this field.
- Modification Counter - this field is not maintainable. The date and time the record was last modified.
- Modified By - this field is not maintainable. The user or system process that last modified the record.
- Modified On - this field is not maintainable. The date on which the record was last modified.
- Quota Period 1-12 - enter the projected dollar quota for each period (e.g. month) for the sales rep. The quota amount can be a value up to 999,999,999.99. Negative values can also be entered.
- Total Quota - displays the total dollar quota for all periods. This is a system generated field.
Note: When you delete a sales rep from the system, all the information remains in this file until you run the Historical Data Purge (CC98) program.
