S/A Commodity Quotas (SA11_OBCQ)

The S/A Commodity Quotas (ibis_obcq.sa11) resource is used to enter quota dollars and units for specified fiscal years and commodity codes (product lines and groups). The data entered in SA11 is compared to the actual sale statics for the selected fiscal year and commodity code for both the current and previous year.

The following list defines every field in the S/A commodity quotas (ibis_obcq) table:

  • Commodity - displays the commodity code based on the product line/product group entered.

  • Company - the company field is available when you create a new record. The company defaults to the company assigned to your user id in the Session Parameters view. You can change the default company during the creation process only. Once the record is created, the company to which the record is associated displays in the General section (at the top of the view).

  • Created By - displays the name of the user who created the record you are viewing or maintaining. May not be overridden.

  • Created On - displays the date on which the record that you are creating or maintaining was created. May not be overridden. May also represent the creation date of the records you are attempting to retrieve.

  • Fiscal Year - displays the fiscal year. Once you create a new commodity quota record, you cannot edit this field.

  • Modification Counter - this field is not maintainable. The date and time the record was last modified.

  • Modified By - this field is not maintainable. The user or system process that last modified the record.

  • Modified On - this field is not maintainable. The date on which the record was last modified.

  • Product Group - displays the product group code. Validated against the product group table (icc2.im09). Once you create a new commodity quota record, you cannot edit this field.

  • Product Line - displays the product line code. Validated against the product lines table (icc1.im09). Once you create a new commodity quota record, you cannot edit this field.

  • Quota Period 1-12 - enter the projected dollar quotas for each period for the fiscal year selected.

  • Quota Qty Period 1 - 12 - enter the projected unit quotas for each period for the fiscal year selected.

  • Total Quota - displays the total dollar quota for all periods. This is a system generated field.

  • Total Quota Qty - displays the total unit quota for the entire year. This is a system generated field.
