Monitor SSRC Logs (RP11)
The Monitor SSRC Logs (RP11) program is an on demand program that is attached to a Windows Task Scheduler and is run daily to check the SSRC logs.The SSRC logs are the replication error logs for data replicated between PointForce Enterprise (PFE) and PointForce iTopia (PFiT).
RP11 is designed to work with the following versions of PFE: v. 6.0.2, 6.1.2, 6.2.0, 6.3.0 and higher.
- If problems are found in the SSCR logs, an email is sent to the TECSYS SMB Support Department to review and resolve the issues.
This program is designed to be set up by a TECSYS PFE Professional Services representative or by a TECSYS SMB Support representative. Please contact your your TECSYS PFE Professional Services rep or TECSYS SMB Support if you have any questions or concerns.
