Purge Archived Transfer Files (RB89)
The Purge Archived Transfer Files (RB89) program enables you to delete older download/upload file archive directories to save space. See the Transferring Files Between PFE and WMS section of Using Warehouse Management for details on download files, upload files, and file archives.
- You can run RB89 at any time.
To run RB89:
- When you open RB89, the Warehouse Selection window opens. Select the warehouse you for which you want to run RB89 and click OK.
- Purge Date (Up to and Including) - enter or select from the query the date up to which you want to delete download and upload transfer archive files. All archive files after the entered date are kept.
- This date defaults to the system date minus the value in the 'Minimum Days to Keep History' field on the Radio Beacon Interface folder of Company Control Initialization (CC00) for the current warehouse.
- Click Start
to begin the purge.
- A progress bar displays as the purge is executed.
- When the purge is complete, the following message displays: "Purge Complete. OK". Click OK to close the message and RB89.
- This date defaults to the system date minus the value in the 'Minimum Days to Keep History' field on the Radio Beacon Interface folder of Company Control Initialization (CC00) for the current warehouse.
