Executive Sales Summary (SA49)
The Executive Sales Summary (SA49) View provides you with a digitized version of the statistics recorded on the Executive Sales Summary (SA49) produced in PF Enterprise 6.0 (and higher) once the Generate Executive Summary Stats (SA30) program has been run.
- The SA49 print program from PointForce Enterprise is captured and transformed into digital form for access in the various Executive Sales Summary Views.
- On the hard copy print from PointForce Enterprise:
- The SA49 Report identifies the sales statistics and the relevant details including information for today, month-to-date, year-to-date, last year-to-date, etc.
- In the Digitization process from hard copy to data, this report becomes a distinct View, the Executive Sales Summary (Current or Next Period) (SA49) View.
- Tip: To view the statistics, click on View Record Details for the Executive Summary Report with the appropriate Archive Date.

Additional Information on the Executive Sales Summary (SA49) View:
- This View gives you access to all of the Executive Sales Summary details that are in the Report Archive data base.
- Utilizing the Search Criteria, you can narrow your search results to just those Executive Sales Summary Reports that meet your criteria. For example, you can enter a specific Archive Date into the Archive Date field in the Search Criteria section and only the Report archived on that date displays in your search results.
- If you simply click on Search, with no Search Criteria defined, the Search Results will give you a listing of ALL Executive Sales Summary Reports in descending order.
