Journal Vouchers (GL31)

The Journal Vouchers (GL31) View provides you with a digitized version of the Journal Voucher listing from the Journal Vouchers Report (GL31) produced in PF Enterprise 6.0 (and higher) once the acceptance codes are entered.

  • The GL31 print program from PointForce Enterprise is captured and transformed into digital form for access in the Journal Voucher View.

  • On the hard copy print from PointForce Enterprise:

    • The GL31 Journal Voucher Report prints the balanced Journal Entries including the GL Account, GL Debit amount, GL Credit amount, etc.

  • In the Digitization process from hard copy to data, this report becomes a distinct View, the GL31 Journal Vouchers.

Additional Information on the Journal Vouchers (GL31) View:

  • This View gives you access to all of the Journal Voucher details that are in the Report Archive data base.

  • Utilizing the Search Criteria, you can narrow your search results to just those Journal Vouchers that meet your criteria. For example, you can enter a specific Journal Voucher Report number into the Report Number field in the Search Criteria section and only that Journal Voucher displays in your search results.

  • Note: You must enter the Report Number (which is your Journal Voucher Report number) in its entirety, for example you must enter ALL leading zeros, or substitute an * for the leading zeros.

  • If you simply click on Search, with no Search Criteria defined, the Search Results will give you a listing of ALL Journal Vouchers in descending order.
