Shipping Entry (PS41)

The Shipping Entry (PS41) module offers the following functionality:

• Ability to build a shipment using selected Search Criteria. The following Packing details can be used to build a Shipment:
  • Packing Number
  • Ship Via
  • Paying Office
  • Customer
  • Ship To
  • Customer PO
  • Store
  • Required Date
• Maintain the relevant shipment logistic details for the Shipment such as Ship To address, Ship Via, Carrier information, Freight Terms, etc.
• Ability to maintain total Shipment Weight, Height, Length, Declared Value and Freight Charge.
• Option to print Bill of Lading, Ship To Label, and UCC-128 Labels.
• Ability to assign the following Shipment details to each Carton ID:
  • Carrier Tracking Number
  • Carton Width
  • Carton Height
  • Carton Weight
  • Box Type
• Ability to build a Pallet by assigning Carton IDs from Packing Numbers in the Shipment.
• Maintain Pallet Weight, Height, Length and Tracking Number.
• Ability to distribute the total Shipment's Freight amount amongst the Sales Orders in the Shipment. The Shipment dollar amount is included with each Order to assist in manual assignment.
• The Review Shipment process ensures all Cartons associated with the Packs on the Shipment have been accounted for.
• Ability to automatically generate an Invoice for all the Sales Orders in the Shipment for non-EDI customers when CC00/Packing Station and CC96 are set to generate Invoices automatically.
