Troubleshooting the General folder (PS30)

Here are a number of common issues:

• Sometimes I can't get to the General folder
  You can only access the General folder when a valid Packing Number is selected.

• I'm trying to recall a Closed Packing Number, but I don't want to Open the Packing Number for further manipulation, and the General folder opens instead of the Quick Ship folder
  Your Packer ID does not have the Quick Ship Access checkbox selected in Maintain Packing Station Tables (PS09/Packer ID). This option must be selected before you can open the Quick Ship folder. Please see your System Administrator to change the settings in PS09.

• I'm trying to open a Closed Packing Number with a Shipment number assigned to it and the General folder opens instead of the Quick Ship folder
  Your Packer ID does not have the Quick Ship Access checkbox selected in PS09/Packer ID. This option must be selected before you can open the Quick Ship folder. Please see your System Administrator to change the settings in PS09.

• One or all of the Print Options (Pack Slip, Carton Content, Carton ID) are unavailable or 'greyed' out
  The Print Options are associated with the Operator ID logged into Enterprise. The Operator ID has not been granted access to print the form/label in Maintain Operator Controls (PS11). Please see your System Administrator to modify PS11.
