Field Descriptions for Statistics (PS30)

This list describes the fields on the Statistics folder:

  • Packing No. - a unique system generated number assigned to a Packing Session. The Packing Number must be Closed to be accessed by the Statistics folder.

  • Sales Order - the Sales Order Number being reviewed displays in this field. You can enter or select from the Query list the Sales Order you want to review.

  • Default Picker ID - the Picker ID assigned to all of the Sales Order lines. The Picker ID must be set up in PS09/Picker Identification and set to Active.

  • Total Lines - this field is for display purposes only: the Total Lines from the Sales Order automatically display.

  • Picked Correctly - this field is for display purposes only: the number of lines Picked Correctly as determined by Picked Correctly field in the detail list box.

  • Percentage - this field is for display purposes only: the Percentage is calculated by dividing Shipped Quantity by Picked Correctly (and multiplying by 100).

  • The list box displays the detail lines for the Sales Order. The following fields contain information in the list box:
    • Line - Sales Order Line Number.
    • Product - Product Code.
    • C - Component of an Assembled Set.
    • Picker ID - Picker ID responsible for picking the line.
    • Shipped Qty
    • Picked Qty
    • Picked Correctly - if checked the line was Picked Correctly.
    • Comment - system generated comments (Issues) and Packer comments.

The following table outlines the functionality of each button on the Statistics folder:

Trash Can Trash Can Deletes the current Packing Number and all associated Sales Orders, Carton IDs and Items packed.
Update Lines Update Lines Updates the all lines in the list box with the current Default Picker ID.
Update Statistics Update Stats Updates the Picked Correctly and Percentage fields based on changes made in the list box.
Done Done Closes the Statistics folder. The Packer ID set up in PS09/Packer Identifications determines the functionality of the Done button: if the Packer has 'Pick Statistics Access' selected and 'Quick Ship Access' de-selected, clicking Done clears that Pack and returns the Packer to the Carton Details folder; if the Packer ID has 'Pick Statistics Access' selected and 'Quick Ship Access' selected, clicking Done takes the Packer to the Quick Ship folder.
