Enter Fax Information

  1. The Enter Fax Information screen opens. The Fax Information for the Supplier associated with the current PO automatically displays. The Fax number is taken from PO11. You can update or modify this information as required.

  2. Add the contact name or department in the To field.

  3. The majority of the information on the Enter Fax Information is taken from Maintain Document Options (FX04). The information is for this Warehouse specifically. Please contact your support representative at Pointforce if you have questions related to the settings on the Enter Fax Information screen.

  4. When all of the information on the screen is correct, click Send
