Enter E-mail Information

  1. The Enter E-mail Information screen opens.

  2. Enter or select from the query the E-mail address for the Supplier in the Send E-mail to field. This information is taken from Maintain Supplier Master (PO11).

  3. Enter an e-mail address for your company in the Send E-mail from field.

  4. The remaining fields on the Enter E-mail Information contain default information. The Subject and Message fields are taken from Maintain Default Messages (FX09). The SMTP Server field is taken from Company Control Initialization (CC00/Forms eXpress). Please contact your support representative at Pointforce if you have questions related to the settings on the Enter E-mail Information screen.

  5. When all of the information on the screen is correct, click Send
