Port Codes (PO09)

The Port Code folder in Maintain Purchasing Tables (PO09) manages a table of Port Codes used by your company. Ports maintained in PO09 are used in Maintain Supplier Master (PO11) and Maintain Product Master (PO13).

The following list defines the field on the Port Code panel:

• Port Code - enter or select from the query a Port Code. You can enter a maximum of 30 alpha numeric characters in this field.

The following table outlines the functionality of each button on the Port Code panel:

Button Label	Icon	Functionality
Update		Saves the information entered on the folder.
Delete		Deletes the current Port Code.
New		Clears all of the fields allowing you to enter a new record.
