Physical Count Listing (PI13)

This program is used by the Sheet Full and Sheet Partial count methods only (see Using Physical Inventory).

This program prints an audit listing of the counts as they were entered in PI12 Physical Count Entry. The reporting sequence matches the count sheet print sequence. It can be used to validate the entered counts against the original input documents, the count sheets. This is an optional program; it is not mandatory. If there are discrepancies between the count sheet values and the entered values, we recommended that you print this report to assist in analyzing those differences.

Restrictions

• 1 Warehouse to print
  This is a mandatory restriction used to identify the warehouse being processed. Only one warehouse can be reported at a time.
• 2 Lot/Serial Options
  This restriction is only applicable if your system is initialized for Lot or Serial control. The options available within this restriction are:
  • Print lot/serial detail
    Default response. All lot and serial numbers counted are listed and totaled by product.
  • Do not print lot/serial detail
    Choose this to suppress printing the lot/serial number details. Only the total count prints for the product.
  • Print only lot/serial products
    Choose this to report only lot and serial controlled products. Regular products are skipped.
  • 3 Supplier Product Cd
    Select this restriction if you wish to include printing of the supplier's product code for reference purposes only.
