Warehouse Management (WM) Typical Cycles

Maintenance:

  1. Elite WMS/PFE Adjustment Code Mapping (WM02)
    • Map PointForce Enterprise's (PFE) inventory adjustment codes from Enter Inventory Adjustments (IC50) to the Warehouse Management's (WMS) adjustment codes.

  2. Maintain Support Tables (SU09/Carrier Account Numbers)
    • Map the PFE carrier account codes to the WMS carrier service codes.

Download/Upload Files:

  1. Download Inventory Master File (WM10)
    • Creates a file of product information as maintained in Maintain Inventory Master (IM13) for transfer to Elite WMS.

  2. Receiving Verification List (WM26)
    • Reports the quantities received by Elite WMS and not yet received in PFE.

Daily Operations:

  1. Unlock Orders/P.O.'s (WM27)
    • Unlock locked orders in PFE.

  2. Elite WMS Data Transfer Server (WM32)
    • Transfers data from PFE to Elite WMS.
    • Should be running during regular operations.

  3. Elite WMS Upload Transaction Processor (WM33)
    • Transfers data from Elite WMS to PFE.
    • Should be running during regular operations.

  4. Elite WMS Upload Error Review (WM45)
    • Displays errors that occurred while processing upload with WM33.

Stock Counts:

  1. Stock Count Report (WM28)
    • Reports variances between inventory quantities between Elite WMS & PFE.

  2. Print Stock Adjustment Report (WM29)
    • Same as IC51 Stock Adjustments Report.
    • Used to correct the GL posting date.
