JS02 Header Record

The following defines every field in the Header section:

• Group Code - enter or select from the query a Group Code. If the Group Code already exists, the description automatically displays to the right of this field. Note: If you have the Responses folder open, you cannot access the Group Code field.

• Program Seq/Id - this field is populates only for existing records. The Program/Seq/ID field consists of 3 fields (the Program ID, Sequence and Description).

• Delete Record - the Delete Record button deletes the current Group Code and all associated Programs and Responses.
