The Zones Delivery Times Whse (SU09) view allows you to add, modify and delete 'Zone Delivery Times Whse' records.

  • The records created in the Zone Delivery Times Whse view are used with Order Management.

  • The 'Zone Delivery Times Whse' record defines the number of days it takes to deliver products from a Warehouse to different Zones.

  • Each customer/prospect is assigned a Zone in Customer Master (SU13) and/or Ship-To Addresses (SU14).

  • For each sales order, the number of days it takes to deliver products to that customer/prospect from the shipping warehouse is identified and used in the calculation of the 'SO Required Ship Date' and 'SO Last Ship Date' information in Enter Orders/Quotes (OE30).

Note: The ability to create and update information in Zones Delivery Times Whse (SU09) is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in Zones Delivery Times Whse (SU09). For more information, see Role Master-Permissions.

The following fields are available on the Zones Delivery Times Whse (SU09) Search Results grid and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

  • Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all Customer records. This field cannot be edited.

  • Whse - displays the Warehouse code. This field cannot be edited.

  • Zone - displays the Zone code. This field cannot be edited.

  • Days to Delivery - displays the number of Days to Delivery the goods to the assigned Zone. You can modify this field as required. You can enter a maximum of 99 in this field.

    • Note: You must enter a positive number in this field. If you enter a negative value in this field, the following message displays: "The value entered cannot be less than 0" when the record is updated.

Zones Delivery Times Whse (SU09) - Details Page

When you click on the View Record Details icon Detail for a specific record on the Zones Delivery Times Whse (SU09) Search Results/Grid page, the Zones Delivery Times Whse (SU09) Detail page opens for that record.

The following list defines every field in the Details page:

  • In the Main Context section, the Company, Whse and Zone display as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.

  • In the General section:

    • Days to Delivery - enter the number of Days to Delivery in this field. You can enter a maximum of 99 in this field. This is a required field.

      • Note: You must enter a positive number in this field. If you enter a negative value in this field, the following message displays: "The value entered cannot be less than 0" when the record is updated.

  • In the Reference Information section:

    • Creator - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the record was created.

    • Date/Time Created - displays the date and time at which the record was created.

    • Modifier - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the record was last updated.

    • Last Change - displays the date and time at which the record was last updated.
