Zone Delivery Times Whse (SU09)

 

The Zones (SU09) view allows you to add, modify and delete Zones that are applied to warehouses in the Zone Delivery Times Whse (SU09) view.

  • The Zone codes are used in conjunction with the Zone Delivery Times Whse (SU09) view which, in turn, is used with the Order Management functionality.

Note: The ability to create and update information in Zones (SU09) is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in Zones (SU09). For more information, see Role Master-Permissions.

The following fields are available on the Zone (SU09) Search Results grid and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

  • Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all Customer records. This field cannot be edited.

  • Zone - displays the Zone code. This field cannot be edited.

  • Zone Name - displays the Zone Name assigned to the Zone record. You can modify this field as required.

Zones (SU09) - Details Page

When you click on the View Record Details icon Detail for a specific record on the Zones (SU09) Search Results/Grid page, the Zones (SU09) Detail page opens for that record.

The following list defines every field in the Details page:

  • In the Main Context section, the Company and Zone code display as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.

  • In the General section:

    • Zone Name - enter the Zone Name in this field to a maximum of 30 alpha numeric characters.

  • In the Reference Information section:

    • Creator - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the record was created.

    • Date/Time Created - displays the date and time at which the record was created.

    • Modifier - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the record was last updated.

    • Last Change - displays the date and time at which the record was last updated.
