Customer Master (SU13) Export to Outlook - Details Page
When you click on the View Record Details icon for a specific record on the Customer Master Search-Export to Outlook/Criteria Grid page, the Customer Master-Export to Outlook Detail page opens for that record. The information contained on the Detail page includes many more fields than those displayed on the Search/Criteria Grid page.
- Note: Because the primary purpose of the Customer Master-Export to Outlook view is to allow you to Export Customer and/or Prospect records to Outlook, you cannot edit any of the fields in the grid or on the Details page. If you wish to modify any of the fields for a Customer/Prospect record, you may do so using the Customer Master (SU13)-Details view.
There are many sections on the Detail page of the Customer Master. The following list defines every field in each section:
- In the Header Info section, the Customer Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, Province/State, Postal/Zip and Country information displays for the current customer.
- In the Additional Info section, the Account Type, Account Status, Prospect Status, Telephone Number, Fax, Customer Date Opened/Prospect Date Opened/Lead Date Opened information displays for the current customer.
- In the Accounts Receivable section, the Paying Office, AR Terms, Bank, Credit Limit, Delinq. Days, Charge Interest and Vendor Code information displays for the current customer.
- In the Order Entry section, the PO Required, Blanket PO Number, Backorder Acceptance, BO Release Priority, Order Type and Order Confirmation Required information displays for the current customer.
- In the Taxes section, the Tax Group, Tax License 1 and Tax License 2 information displays for the current customer.
- In the Statements section, the Send Statements E-mail Account's Statements to Contact, and Print Message on Statements information displays for the current customer.
- In the Invoicing section, the Send Invoice, E-mail Invoice to Contact, Invoice To, Number of Invoices to Print, Freight Terms, Commission Rate, Ship Via and Print Discount on Invoice information displays for the current customer.
- In the Payment Processing section, the Payment Method and Level 3 Reporting information displays for the current customer.
- The Summary Invoicing module is an optional module in PointForce Enterprise. The following fields are available in the Summary Invoicing section, Summary Invoicing, Summary Invoicing-Avail to Retail Sales and Summary Invoicing-Print Invoices information displays for the current customer.
- In the General Information section, the Customer Type, Language, Mailing Label, Number of Employees and Order Stream Client information displays for the current customer.
- In the Sales Grouping section, the Class of Trade, Territory, Sales Group and Sales Office information displays for the current customer.
- In the EDI Info section the EDI Qualifier, EDI ID Description, Store Code, Department Code information displays for the current customer.
- In the Internet & Intranet Addresses section, the Web Address and the UNC to Client Document Folder information displays for the current customer.
- The Order Management Controls section is only available when Order Management is activated in CC00/Order Entry/Order Management. If Order Management is not activated, these fields are gray and cannot be accessed. The following fields are available in the Order Management Controls section, Stock Allocation Priority, Apply Credit Weighting, Apply Delinquency Weighting and Zone information displays for the current customer.
- In the Pricing section, the Master Price List, Pricing Level, Pricing Level Type, Flyers Eligible and Common Quote Eligible information displays for the current customer.
- In the Best Price Controls-Contracts and Best Price Controls-Specials sections are only available when you are set up for Best Price Controls in CC00/Support. If you are set up for Hierarchy Price Controls in CC00/Support, these sections are not available i.e. these sections are hidden from your view.
The following fields are available in the Best Price Controls section, the Check Contract Price-Contracts/Specials, Check Special Price-Contracts/Specials, Check Common Quote Price-Contracts/Specials, Check Flyer Price-Contracts/Specials, Check Master QB Price-Contracts/Specials information displays for the current customer.
- The CRM section is only available when the CRM module is active in PointForce iTopia. If CRM is not active, these fields are unavailable. The following fields are available in the CRM section, the Account Manager, CRM Teams, Projected Close Date, Probability % - Account, Potential Sales $, Initial Campaign, Sales Source, Sales Stage, Sales Status, Initial Trade Show, Contact Method Preferred, NAICS Code and SICS information displays for the current customer.
- In the Activity View section, an embedded view displays: the Activity View is a summary of the Account Activity for the current Customer or Prospect. This section is only available when the CRM module is active in PointForce iTopia. The following columns are included in the Activity View:

- Activity Type Icon

- Stage
- Activity Stage Description
- Busy Status
- Percent Complete
- Due Date
- Due Time
- Activity Owner
- Contact
