Customer Recode Merge History-Details Page

The Customer Recode Merge History view provides a listing of all customers recoded or merged.

  • The 'Complete' field identifies the recode/merge transactions that completed successfully. If the 'Complete' status is set to 'No', then you must check the iBIS Queue Message view for more details.

The following fields are available on the Customer Recode Merge History Search Results grid and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

  • Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all Customer records. This field cannot be edited.

  • Old Customer Code - displays the Customer Code prior to the recode/merge transaction. This field cannot be edited.

  • New Customer Code - displays the new Customer Code or the Customer Code that exists after the recode/merge transaction. This field cannot be edited.

  • Date Recorded - displays the date on which the recode/merge was executed in Execute Customer Recode/Merge (RM85).

  • Complete - displays the status of the recode/merge transaction. Valid options include:

    • Yes - the recode/merge was successfully completed.

    • No - the recode/merge did not successfully complete. In this case, then you must check the iBIS Queue Message view for more details.

  • Run By - displays the operator ID of the user logged into PointForce Enterprise when RM85 was run.

Customer Recode Merge History - Details Page

When you click on the View Record Details icon Detail for a specific record on the Customer Recode Merge History Search/Criteria Grid page, the Customer Recode Merge History Detail page opens for that record.

The following list defines every field on the Details page:

  • In the Main Context section, the Company and old Customer Code display as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.

  • New Customer Code - displays the new Customer Code and Customer Name. This field cannot be edited.

  • Date Recoded - displays the date on which the recode/merge was executed in Execute Customer Recode/Merge (RM85).

  • Run By - displays the operator ID of the user logged into PointForce Enterprise when RM85 was run.
