Here are a number of common issues:

  • Can I have CUSTOM literals?
    Yes you can:
    • PointForce iTopia is shipped with a full set of literal keys for the following locales: en_US and en_CLIENT.
    • The locale en_CLIENT is designed for you to customize to meet the needs at your site.

  • Can I have custom literals in multiple languages?
    If you want to support another locale, such as French, Tecsys will copy en_CLIENT to a new locale en_ZZ. (PointForce iTopia is designed to support this locale.) All of your translated literal keys from en_CLIENT can be entered into en_ZZ.
