The Customer Not Bought Since (SU17) report is used to identify and ultimately flag customers for deletion that have not purchased product since the specified date entered in the Date of Last Sales field in the search criteria section of the view.

  • The Date of Last Sale is set to display all customers with a date < > (not equal to) blank, but you can modify this field as required.

  • The Account Type field is permanently set to 'C' (Customer). You cannot change the criteris in this field.

  • You can also use this view to display customers that have never purchased product by entering '=' in the Date of Last Sales search criteria field and then initiating the search.

Once a search is initiated, the view identifies the current account status of the customers, the date of their last sale, the date and amount of the last sale, the sales dollars year-to-date and sales dollars last year, the outstanding AR balance, etc. as a result of the entered criteria.

To flag these customers for deletion:

  • You can use the Edit with Excel feature and change the Account Status to 'D' – Ready to Delete and then import the records back into iTopia.

  • You can use the Update Field feature to change the Account Status field to 'D' – Ready to Delete for all customers you wish to flag for deletion.

The following fields are available on the Customer Not Bought Since view and are based on the order in which they appear in the search results grid page:

  • Company Number - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all records.

  • Customer Code - displays the Customer Code associated with the record.

  • Customer Name - displays the Customer Name associated with the customer code.

  • Customer Date Opened - displays the date the customer record was created in the Customer Master(SU13) view.

  • Telephone - displays the telephone number associated with the customer record from the Customer Master(SU13) view.

  • Account Status - displays the Account status code for the customer record. Valid options include:

    • A - Current and Active.
    • H - Customer On Hold.
    • D - Ready to Delete.
    • P - Pending Credit Status.

  • Sales Rep-SU - displays the Sales Rep code that is assigned to the account.

  • Date of Last Sale - displays the date on which the last sale to the customer occurred.

  • Amount of Last Sale - displays the dollar value of the last sale.

  • Sales Dollars YTD - displays the dollar value of the sales to the Customer for the current year-to-date.

  • Sales Dollars Last Year Total - displays the total dollar value of sales for the last year for the customer.

  • Outstanding AR Balance - displays the customer's AR balance owing value.
