Customer/Prospect Pipeline/Details Page

When you click on the View Record Details icon Detail for a specific record on the Customer/Prospect Pipeline Search Results Grid page, the Customer/Prospect Pipeline/Detail page opens for that record.

The following list defines every field on the the Customer/Prospect Pipeline/Details page:

  • In the Main Context section, the Company number, Customer Code and Account Type display as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.

  • The CRM Info 1 section contains the Account Manager, CRM Teams, Projected Close Date, Close Date Fiscal Year, Close Date Fiscal Period, Probability%-Account and Potential Sales $ fields.

  • The CRM Info 2 section contains the Initial Campaign, Sales Source, Sales Stage, Sales Status, Initial Trade Show, Contact Method Preferred, NAICS Code, SIC Code fields.

  • The System section contains the Creator, Date/Time Created, Modifier and Last Change fields.

There are also several Related links located at the bottom of the Details page that display further information about the customer/prospect. The related links include:

  • Customer Master(SU13)
  • Customer Price Lists(SU13)
  • Customer Attributes(SU13)
  • Account Notes
  • Account Notes-Consolidated
  • Activity Note
  • Account Campaign
  • Account Trade Show
