Trade Show Analysis Open-Summary

The Trade Show Analysis Open-Summary view report organizes your outstanding OE30 Orders and/or Quotes using the Trade Show Code on the Order Header. This view is summarized by Customer Code.

  • You now have one Customer sub-total line which accumulates all open Orders/Quotes for that Customer per Trade Show.

  • This view is sorted by the 'Trade Show Code' by 'Customer Code'.

  • The subtotals for the Total Outstanding Order Value are displayed for each Trade Show Code.

  • A grand total for all Trade Show Codes is also displayed.

Tip: When using this view to search for Trade Show information it is best to either enter a specific Trade Show Code or several Trade Show Codes in the Trade Show Code search field. You can also enter the operator “<>” in the Trade Show Code field to view all Trade Shows. If you do not enter some form of criteria in this field all orders regardless of whether a Trade Show was applied to the order or not will be displayed in the view.

The following fields are available on the Trade Show Analysis Open-Summary view and are based on the order in which they appear in the search results grid page:

  • Company Number - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all records.

  • Trade Show Code - displays the code assigned to the Trade Show.

  • Trade Show Description - displays the description assigned to the Trade Show Code.

  • Start Date - displays the date on which Trade Show started.

  • End Date - displays the date on which the Trade Show ended.

  • Customer Code - displays the Customer Code entered for the order.

  • Customer Name - displays the Customer name associated with the Customer Code.

  • Account Type - displays the type of account that is reported for the row. This field displays one of the following:

    • C-Customer
    • P-Prospect

  • Total Outstanding Order Value - displays the Total Outstanding Order Value of the Trade Show Code.
